SERVICES
Q. Why choose College Consulting?
A. College Consulting was established to help Australians like
yourself find a university that suits your needs academically and
athletically. There are many universities to choose from, but
choosing the right university is crucial to a happy and rewarding
college experience. I was fortunate enough to play college golf at
a top golfing school and gain the experience necessary to compete professionally. As a
former college coach I have a complete understanding of the
complex NCAA eligibility rules, and knowledge of the entire
recruiting process.
Q. What services do you offer?
A. To help you obtain a position in an American University a 13
Point Client Checklist has been established to help you through the
entire process.
Q. How was College Consulting founded?
A. After a number of phone calls and stories of Australians
transferring from schools I felt it necessary to help athletes
find a university that fulfils their needs. I too struggled with
finding a school, but in the end I was lucky enough to find a school
were I could play and practice everyday while trying to accomplish my
goals.
SPORTS
Q. What sports are sponsored by the NCAA?
A. Follow Link to "NCAA Sponsored
Sports".
QUOTES
Nicole Pratt:
"My only regret in tennis is not applying for a US
athletic scholarship. This would have given my tennis game time to
mature while working towards gaining a degree. A lot of my friends
attended college before turning professional; they include Lisa Raymond,
Erika DeLone, and Kim Po. I would recommend this to any tennis
player or athlete who wishes to pursue their dreams of a professional
career while gaining an education".
Jess Carlyon:
"Ever since I arrived in the US
last September (2001) I have had the time of my life. I have
experienced top quality tournaments and competed with top quality
golfers, and most of all very nice individuals. I also
get to meet up with the other Aussies that are over here at the different
tournaments which is always fun. It is a home away from home, and
I my teammates have made me feel very welcomed. Even after only a
year of competing in college golf I would strongly recommend this
opportunity to anyone interested in taking their golf to a higher level,
or even pursuing a professional career in golf. I am receiving an
excellent education and meeting people who are going to be a big part
of my life in the future. This is one experience I recommend to any
athlete".
